Hosts connect the property management platform they already use, and JottoGo turns reservation context and pre-arrival guest communications into thoughtful Guest Jottos, optional Doggo Jottos, and Crew To Do prep sheets.

3. How the integration works

From the host’s perspective, every integration follows the same straightforward journey:

  • Connect — the host links JottoGo to the booking platform they already use, in a few clicks.
  • Import — the host chooses which listings to bring across; each becomes a JottoGo property.
  • Sync — stays stay current as reservations update on your platform.
  • Personalize — JottoGo uses stay details and pre-arrival guest communications to shape each arrival document.
  • Deliver — Guest Jottos, Doggo Jottos, and Crew To Do sheets are ready for print or crew prep when the host needs them.

The integration is designed to fit cleanly alongside existing platform workflows and keep ongoing overhead low for hosts and partners alike.

4. Data we use

JottoGo collects only what is needed to import listings, sync stays, and personalize arrival documents:

  • Listing and property identifiers, display names, and location context the host chooses to import.
  • Reservation dates, guest counts, and guest names where your platform provides them.
  • Guest messaging history and stay details already within your platform, where the host has authorized access, used to personalize arrival documents.
  • Host-authored Guest Jotto settings and delivery preferences inside JottoGo.

5. Privacy and security posture

JottoGo is built for hosts who trust us with guest information. We treat platform credentials and guest information carefully:

  • All traffic uses HTTPS.
  • Platform connection credentials are encrypted at rest.
  • Inbound partner events are authenticated and verified before processing.
  • Duplicate event deliveries are handled safely without double-processing stays.
  • Host data access is scoped to the signed-in account; operational jobs use restricted server access.

6. Data retention

Guest personally identifiable information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to generate and deliver arrival documents.

  • During the stay — guest names, message context, dietary preferences, celebration notes, and similar fields support personalization and delivery.
  • After checkout — guest details are cleared soon after checkout. Non-identifying booking history needed for delivery records may be retained in anonymized form.
  • Account deletion — when a host deletes their JottoGo account, associated data is permanently removed.
  • Disconnect — revoking a platform connection stops new data from flowing in; existing rows follow the checkout retention approach above.
