What every booking covers
Three tools, one price per booking.
Guest Jotto
The personalized welcome letter your guests actually read — wifi, door codes and checkout on one page. We call them Jottos.
Doggo Jotto
Pet house rules, the nearest vet and where their dog is welcome — sent before they pack the lead.
Crew To Do
Turnover checklists your cleaners tick off from their phone, so nothing gets missed.
How billing works
Three moments. That’s the whole system.
- 1
A booking becomes billable
When its first Jotto is sent or downloaded. Edit and reprint as often as you like — the same booking is never charged twice.
- 2
It lands on the right month
Charges sit on the invoice for the month the guest arrives. If you prepare a Jotto early, it still lands on the month of the stay — so your invoice always matches your calendar.
- 3
One invoice a month
Issued at the start of the following month, covering arrivals from the month before. Tax is calculated from your billing country and business status, and itemised on the invoice.
“It’s one of those rare tools that elevates both the guest experience and the behind-the-scenes systems that make exceptional hospitality possible.”
The fine print, in full.
- Free allowance
- JottoGo is free for your first 3 bookings. Once per account — it does not reset each month.
- Rate
- USD 3.00 per booking, plus applicable tax. Charged once per booking, when the first Jotto is sent or downloaded.
- Monthly cap
- We’ll never charge more than USD 15.00 per property each month, plus applicable tax.
- Busy properties
- Once a property reaches its cap for the month, every further booking there is free — so the busier a place gets, the less each booking costs you.
- Invoice date
- We invoice at the start of the following month, for bookings that arrived the month before.
- Tax
- Applicable taxes are calculated automatically from your billing country and business status, and shown on your monthly invoice.
- Quiet months
- A property with no bookings is never charged. No base fee, no minimum, no monthly subscription fee.
- Pausing
- Turn off scheduled delivery in Dashboard → Delivery and nothing sends automatically, so nothing new is charged — though a Jotto issued by hand from the crew portal is still billable. Turn it back on whenever you like; your properties, Jottos and settings stay exactly as they were. Delivery also pauses on its own if an invoice goes unpaid, and resumes once your account is current.
- Closing your account
- There is no subscription to cancel — you are only ever billed for bookings whose Jotto actually sent. To close your account, settle anything outstanding first, then delete it from Dashboard → Account.
